The fourth turkey dish inspired by Iron Chef Rokusaboro Michiba's

 battle with  Challenger Hiroshi Furusho

                  Grilled Turkey, Isobe Style

                  They didn't show much about the making of this dish.

             Chopped Turkey, Wooden Chef Style

 I didn't have any black seaweed, but I had some pumpernickel bread

so I chopped up some turkey, spread mayonnaise on the bread,

sprinkled Jane's® Crazy Pepper generously on the mayo, and then

heaped the chopped turkey on to make a giant turkey sandwich.

The flash on my new camera will completely wash out the picture

on close-ups, fortunately the Wooden Chef kitchen is well lighted.
