 The fifth Tuna dish inspired by Shinya Tasaki's

 battle with Iron Chef Masahiko Kobe

 

                   Tuna Dessert Cassis Flavor, Pineau des Charentes (sweet cognac)

                      

                 Chef Tasaki’s assistant grated gorgonzola cheese through a screen. Chef Tasaki

         put blueberry preserves (jam) into red wine. I didn’t see him add any tuna.

                      

 

Wooden Chef Recipe: Non-Tuna Dessert

 

Get some blueberry yogurt from the refrigerator.

Put some strawberry jam around it.

Top it off with a spoonful of sour cream.

Don’t put any wine in it, the kids will start acting funny.
