Pacific Saury

The fourth saury dish inspired by Iron Chef Hiroyuki Sakai's

 battle with  Challenger Kazumi Nagayama

                  Saury Red Wine Stew

                  used a whole bottle of red wine in the sauce.

             Whiting and Potato Stew

 I didn't have any red wine, but I had some leftover potato wedges

so I microwaved those and whiting squares one minute, then I

garnished the dish with chopped green onion and a lemon slice.

I served the dish with Lea and Perrins® Worcestershire sauce.
