Pacific Saury
The third saury dish inspired by Iron Chef Hiroyuki Sakai's
battle with Challenger Kazumi Nagayama
Roast Saury Provence Style
Sliced eggplant was cooked in a pan with tomato
slices, carrots, and zucchini. Saury was soaked in
milk and fried then roasted and added to the vegetables.
Whiting and Tomatoes on Carrot Noodles
Whiting and tomatoes leftover from Chef Nagayama's fifth dish was
put on top of a Wooden Chef accidental invention; Carrot Noodles.
I was going to add some carrots to the tomato sauce but the strips
came out looking like noodles, so I microwaved them in a cup of
water for a minute, then drained them and put the cooked noodles
in the bottom of the bowl like pasta, then I put the fish and sauce on.
Garlic toast made from French bread and green onion were garnish.
