 The fourth saury dish inspired by Kazumi Nagayama's

 battle with Iron Chef Hiroyuki Sakai

                    Smoked Saury

                  Smoked in pine needles and Japanese maple leaves.

                  "Fish and Autumn delicacies using pine leaves."

               O.K., I admit I  didn't get this one, I was out of

           pine needles and Japanese maple leaves.

              Did you really want pine flavored fish?

              This one may have cost Nagayama the battle.
