Pacific Saury

 The second saury dish inspired by Kazumi Nagayama's

 battle with Iron Chef Hiroyuki Sakai

                 Saury Ball Soup

                  Boiled fish balls with shredded Diakon radish

                and glutinous rice. Served with green onion

 and carrot for garnish.                     

Tuna Ball Soup

4 oz. chunk light tuna                                 

1 oz. white rice ( sticky )                             

 1 oz. minced garden grown diakon radish.

1 green onion                                             

1 carrot slice                                               

Press the tuna, rice and radish into a ball.    

Microwave the ball for thirty seconds.            

Serve with green onion and carrot garnish.
