Pacific Saury
The Pacific Saury Battle between Challenger Kazumi Kagayama and
Iron Chef Hiroyuki Sakai was shown in the United States on August 10th, 2001
Pacific Saury are like large sardines, Wooden Chef used tuna and whiting instead.
I had done this battle originally, but used the wrong camera and had bad pictures.
When I saw it coming up again on September 7th, 2002, I tried again.
