  Battle Pumpkin; Second Recipe

 

 Challenger Chef Kensuki Sakai's Second dish:

           2. Pumpkin Abalone Salad (on IC)

                      "Pumpkin and Abalone Salad”(on SM)

                 They didn't show much of the preparation of this dish.

                                     Steamed, sliced abalone was marinated and put on a bed of kelp.

 

Wooden Chef version: marinated clams (or Vienna sausage slices), with a

dressing made of mayonnaise and sesame oil and another dressing of

tomato sauce. Served on a small wedge of baked (microwaved) pumpkin.

Red bell pepper slices and green onions for garnish.
