Challenger Chef Michael Noble's Third  dish:

                  Cod Mashed Potatoes and Cod Sauté, Vancouver Style (IC)
                 Cod and Vancouver style mashed potatoes (SM)

Wooden Chef Recipe:

We mixed some mashed potatoes that we made ahead of time with some cheddar cheese and

sandwiched sautéed tuna in between layers of potatoes. We topped it off with a fresh basil leaf.
