The fourth lobster dish inspired by Tadaaki Shimizu's

                      battle with Iron Chef Hiroyuki Sakai 

                                                        Chicken and Homard Lobster Combo

                                      Chicken pieces were baked in the oven and served with lobster

                                      and long green beans.

                                 Wooden Chef's Version: Faux Lobster and Green Beans

                                  I didn't have any chicken, who could have guessed? It's very rarely

                                  used on Iron Chef. I did open a can of green beans and used them

                                  on Sakai's Roast Lobster dish.
