The second lobster dish inspired by Iron Chef
Hiroyuki Sakai's battle with Ron Siegel
Lobster and Mitsutake Combo
It looked like lobster was steamed and then coated with olive oil and flour.
The lobster pieces were then sandwiched between mitsutake mushroom
slices, wrapped in egg roll wrappers, and deep fried. There was a yellow
sauce in a bowl, on the side, made from carrots, garlic, and olive oil.
The original quick sketch I made during the cook-along was really
rough, so I colored it in somewhat.
