                                                                   Seafood Gratin Soup

                                  Wooden Chef's best guess:

                                  Minced lobster cooked in cheese soup with chopped mushrooms.

                                  Wontons filled with lobster and Chinese sauce may have been in the soup.

                                  Cilantro and a mushroom slice serve as a garnish on the side.
