The first lobster dish inspired by Ron Siegal's

battle with Iron Chef Hiroyuki Sakai.

                                                                   Egg Royale

Eggs filled with "Foam de la Mar", a lobster broth made with milk.

Soak the cardboard egg carton in water before putting it in the oven.

Topped with caviar, put on a bed of rice, and garnished with basil leaves.

A burdock stick resembles a lobster antennae.

                                                           Wooden Chef responds with:

                                                                       Lobster Omelet

Why throw away perfectly good eggs? Whip two eggs with a half a tablespoon

of water. Lightly cook chopped lobster, onions, garlic, and mushrooms in olive

oil, set the precooked mixture aside in a bowl and season with lemon pepper.

Pour the egg mixture into a pan to make an omelet, fill with sautéed lobster mix.

Mix dill pickle relish and minced onions with mayonnaise for a topping sauce.

Add a few pieces of bacon for garnish. Good for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
