The fourth lobster dish inspired by Bobby Flay's

                     rematch with Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto

                                                                             Butterfly Lobster

                                             with carrot and mango sauce, garnished with parsley.

                                                                 Butterfly Faux Lobster

                       Three pieces of imitation lobster pieces sautéed in garlic and olive oil, placed in

                       a Y pattern with the smaller pieces as the "wings". Mashed carrots with peach

                       juice. Topped with minced celery and green onion.
