Origin of the famous Pan Fried Leftovers, Michiba Style.
Sakai peels seven apples in a minute at the CIA.

Rerun of the New York Battle between Morimoto and Flay
Bobby Flay does his Infamous Cutting Board Stand.
Morimoto says Flay isn't a real chef because a real chef wouldn't stand on The Sacred Cutting Board.
The Judges must agree; Morimoto Wins!

Kandagwa defeated Sakai, an omen of the following battle.

The Second Battle of the New Millenium
Main Ingredient: Japanese Lobster
Cooking Style: Japanese-New York Style vs. New York-Japanese Style
Iron Chef: Masaharu Morimoto Challenger: Bobby Flay
OK, so this time at least Flay took the cutting board off the counter before standing on it.
Flay wins because: (A) It's his turn, (B) FoodTV put up the money, (C) They want to have another rematch.
