take a basket full of big leaping eels, fight to catch one, nail the head
to the cutting board,
and cut its
guts out while it's still alive. Then the girls leave the room and I quit
taking notes.
Sometimes
they have some really disqusting stuff in these Battles.

was hunting for seaweed, which is really hard to find in Cleveland.
The
best I could do was a seaweed salad. Have you ever tried Vienna sausages
and
seaweed salad with a little balsamic vinegar? You haven't missed anything.

The chefs
went to a lot of trouble to get rid of the taste of the carp.
I didn't
have to worry, I had a can of Mackerel. Fish and rice was not a winner
here.
