 Each chef only got in three dishes, but they were all interesting.

 Wednesday, June 5th I was originally scheduled to work from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

 I wasn't notified of a schedule change from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. until they called

 me and claimed that I was late. It turned out that the shift leader had quit.

 

 Thursday June 6th, Another schedule change from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

                            I was originally scheduled to be off, but another one of the crew quit.

 

 Friday 7th, 7:30 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.  I came in and unloaded the truck again.

I worked 8 hours and 30 minutes, from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., with no break.

after completing the classes and being certified.

Wooden Chef Site Update June 20th, 2002

     There are three new theme ingredients on the recipes page this month:

    1. Beef - Hiroyuki Sakai vs. Mitsuru Saitoh, "new" January 4th, 2002

    2. Broccoli - Masahiko Kobe vs. Mario Frittoli

    3. Sushi - Masaharu Morimoto vs. Keiji Nakazawa

    I already have the recipes for the upcoming Duck, June 23rd, and

   Carrot, June 30th. Take a look and cook some of the dishes to enjoy

   during the show.

    Christie's 13th birthday is July 6th.

This battle is the breaker from the Cod Roe battle last Saturday.

I was called in early, at 11:30 a.m., and worked 9.5 hours without getting a break.

Some more crew members had quit because of Steve's temper.

The challenger carved figures in vegetables and a carrot pagoda.
