Thursday, May 2nd, 2002, Big Change in Wooden Chef !

There are many battles that I only get one or two dishes

out and some that I don't get any. I still have my notes and sketches of the dishes,

but I've been waiting to post these until I can finish cooking the other dishes.

I decided to start uploading these files anyway, so you may have the advantage

of using my notes if you decide to cook along.

I loaded Stingray, Tofu, Yogurt, Sushi, and Salmon.

No matter how I figure it, I was shorted on my check from Jack Corporate during the

week of shift leader classes, at least 4.25 hours, probably more like 12 hours, and I

don't  get any  compensation for driving 3 other people. I'm supposed to get a 50 cent

 raise, we'll see.
