                       Wooden Chef Recipe 3. Fake Eel Dessert

                       Ingredients:

 Recipes     2 ounces of "fake eel", unrolled (should be four pieces)

                       1 ounce package of Swiss Miss® Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix
Previous    3/4 cup of water
  Recipe      1 - 7 ounce can of Redi-Whip® whipped cream

                       Boil the water ahead of time. Pour three-fourths cup of water and
 Diary          one package of hot chocolate mix in a small pan. Add a few
                       pieces of the "eel" to the chocolate mixture and let it come
                       to a low boil. The "eel" will absorb the chocolate and turn dark brown.
                       Arrange the "eel" on a plate in a loose circle and fill with whipped cream.
                       This is surprisingly good.

                       Makes four servings.
