                      Wooden Chef Recipe 2. Fake Eel Sushi
Recipes     Ingredients:
                      2 tortillas, warmed and softened in the microwave.

Previous   2 ounces of "fake eel", chopped
 Recipe      1/4 cup of celery, diced
                      3 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
   Next        1/2 cup of eggplant, diced
 Recipe      1/4 teaspoon of crushed red pepper
                      1 tablespoon of malt vinegar
 Diary         basil or cilantro leaves for garnish.

                      Sauté "Eel", diced celery, sliced fresh garlic, and diced
                      eggplant in olive oil, adding the red pepper flakes and
                      half of the malt vinegar.

                      Roll the sautéed mixture in the tortilla, wetting the edge of the
                      tortilla to seal it. Microwave the roll seam side down on a
                      plate for one more minute. Repeat with the other tortilla.
                      Spread your fingers across the roll and cut finger width
                      slices of "sushi". You should get six pieces from each tortilla.
                      Carefully push three pieces onto a plate and stand them on end.
                      Garnish with basil or cilantro. Sprinkle with more malt vinegar.

                      Makes four servings.
