Recipe        I didn't have any live Conger Eels of course, but I did have
an 8 ounce package of Louis Kemp® fake lobster/whitefish
Diary          chunks that could be unrolled to look like the long thin slices
of eel that the chefs used.

Wooden Chef Recipe 1. Fake Eel Pasta
   Ingredients:
1 - 15 ounce can of Chef Boyardee® Vegetable Raviolis
4 ounces of "fake eel", chopped
   1/4 cup diced onion
   1/2 cup of cocktail sauce
   1/2 tablespoon ground dried basil
   1 tablespoon sesame oil
   3 tablespoons of olive oil

Drain the sauce from the can of raviolis into a pan to use later.
Put 2 flour tortillas on top of the ravioli when microwaving to
warm and soften for the sushi recipe.
Microwave the raviolis for one minute.

Sauté the "eel", ravioli sauce, onion, cocktail sauce, and
basil flakes in sesame and olive oil.
Put a ravioli on the plate and spoon the "eel" sauce over it.

   Makes about four servings.
There are about a dozen raviolis in a can, so you can have
   seconds on this dish.
