Challenger Saitoh’s Third Entry

 

                     Beef and Asparagus Roll

                 Rolled asparagus in thin slices of beef and powdered with flour.

                       Black bean sauce, sweet and spicy, with red and green bell pepper.

       

 

 

 

Wooden Chef’s Asparagus Wrapped in Beef Luncheon Meat

Served with picante sauce and cilantro.
